POSITIONS: Quidditch, Prefect, etc. Make sure to check HERE first.
PLAYED-BY: Please include a picture, as well.

HISTORY: This can be in bullets (at least 10), but should be detailed. It should highlight those things that influence your character's personality, his/her views, opinions, etc. Everyone's history is different and should influence them differently.
FAMILY: Include each parent and sibling and your character's relationship to them.

PERSONALITY: This should be at least two paragraphs long. This is who you're character is. You can include likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, habits, hobbies. Be sure to include how you character interacts with people, how he/she handles certain situations, and anything that might influence his/her behaviour in game.
APPEARANCE: This should be a full paragraph. It's not very important, but it does help other players to understand how your character reacts, moves, and speaks.
